We promote what holds our region together.

At Frequenz and esmatic, we understand sponsorship as more than just a logo on a banner. We want to specifically strengthen and make visible the voluntary, charitable commitment of our employees and their family members.

We are particularly interested in projects that promote social cohesion, provide new opportunities for young people, and support organizations that promote the greater good. These include charitable initiatives, civic associations, daycare centers, schools, community associations, and health and prevention services, among others.

Transparency and impact are important to us. Our donations are always used for specific purposes — exactly where they are needed.

Once a year, our employees can submit proposals for community project sponsorships. A cross-departmental jury selects the projects that we will support each year. We ensure that the purpose of the donation is clear, the funds are used for their intended purpose, and the commitment has a demonstrable impact on the public.
