You will be responsible for:
- Audit creditors' invoices and invoice debtors
- Monitor compliance with budgets, quality, and deadlines
- Prepare measurements for invoicing completed construction work
- Organize business processes using a structured digital filing system
- Support project/construction site workflows
- Conduct correspondence with external business partners. Review and distribute incoming correspondence
- Process contracts
- Support construction management (plans, construction site information)
- Process general administration
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training and have knowledge of project work
- Experience with the activities, processes, and background of the German construction industry, particularly electrical and security technology
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and are not afraid to quickly familiarize yourself with other specialized IT processes
- You work in a structured, cost-conscious, and solution-oriented manner and take personal responsibility and are reliable
