You will be responsible for:
- Prepare bids, contracts, and supplementary cost estimates for the electrical trade. Specialize in electrical engineering, automation, and security technology
- Prepare cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for complex bidding processes (functional tenders and lump sums)
- Participate in acquiring construction contracts and identifying opportunities and risks in bid processing from commercial, contractual, and technical perspectives
- Consolidation of technical, contractual, commercial, and costing insights from bid processing
- Support project and construction site processes
- Responsibilities include conducting correspondence with external business partners, reviewing incoming correspondence, and distributing it
- Support construction management with plans and construction site information
Your profile:
- Professional experience or completed training in electrical engineering, as an engineer, technician, master craftsman, skilled worker, or commercial training (in the project or construction areas)
- Professional experience in cost estimating is advantageous
- Responsible and independent working style
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with other specialized IT processes
- Structured, cost-conscious, and solution-oriented working style
- Personal responsibility and reliability
- Good written and spoken German skills
